For 8am, Friday, Dec. 6, do Lab 4.1 and Lab 4.2, sections IV, V, and VI only. For each exercise, write down the number of hearings you took to do the transcription.

Note that on the harmonic dictation, all chords will be either root-position triads, first-inversion triads, or V⁷ chords. Also, the cadences will be either PAC, IAC, HC, DC (deceptive cadence—V to VI), or PC (IV to I).

For class on Monday, Dec. 9, bring staff paper and the Berkowitz.
